The night before, Yang Jiaqi put all kinds of flashes and bright colors. It was a bit childish, but she did it every year since they were already 12, and it had become a tradition. They decided that snacks were Xiao Min's favorite. Yang Jiaqi had prepared a list of songs that Xiao Min liked, mostly light rock and pop music. Xiao Min liked music and knew how to dance. Luo Chong had brought the cake with him, so he did his job. He was just doing part-time work and Yang Jiaqi gave it to him.

The first person to arrive was the gang member who remembered the meeting at Yang Jiaqi's New Year's Eve party. They seemed to want to remember to rob and treat him like an old friend, even if they had only seen him once. It involved a lot of shoulder clapping and fist colliding as they carried the keg, which they had managed to push into the backyard. More guests arrived, bringing more alcohol, and all this went to the backyard.

The sun had not yet set, though it was low in the sky, casting long shadows. Yang Jiaqi and Luo Chong greeted everyone in the party and Luo Chong was introduced to many of Yang Jiaqi's old friends. A mixture of the elderly and the young, Yang Jiaqi had always been very popular with Luo Chongcheng. It was interesting to watch Yang Jiaqi greet everyone and then give him his own background story while they waited for the next party of pedestrians to arrive. One of the elderly couples, Zhou Jiali and Emma, arrived to fill in for the party.

Zhou Jiali was very close to Luo Chong's height. He had a magnificent presence, but it seemed unintentional. He was very quiet and seemed uncomfortable with so many people around. Luo Chong looked around Emma's way and stretched out his arm, which was the same way he would have held Yang Jiaqi if he wasn't sure of the situation. Emma seemed to be used to being protective. She didn't speak to the two of them. She was very cute and had a small figure. Unlike Xiao Min, she had rich brown hair and dark brown eyes.

Zhou Jiali was very polite and pretentious when he spoke. It didn't seem like he must be shy, but because he didn't speak, it didn't seem like he was particularly biased. Emma talked about another aspect of the story. She was very happy and excited to meet Yang Jiaqi after hearing so much about her from Jay.

"This is very strange." Emma said. "No one has ever talked so much about Zhou Jiali before.”

"Yang Jiaqi explained clumsily, but there was no hostility at that time. Luo Chong saw that Emma and Jay were really too comfortable. She couldn't imagine her words as anything else other than free, but with Yang Jiaqi's history of bullying, she took the hint that her interaction with Zhou Jiali was already a little inappropriate. Fortunately, Emma noticed Yang Jiaqi's discomfort in her comments and directed the conversation away from it.

Zhou Jiali seemed to be distracted by his part. He looked at the house and returned with curiosity.

"Do you have a dog?" Zhou Jiali asked.

Yang Jiaqi looked at him. "Yes, that's right."

"I think someone found it," he said, pointing out the door.

"Oh, nonsense." Yang Jiaqi replied," He must have gotten my parents 'room.”

She hurriedly searched for the fugitive dog and left Luo Chong to maintain the conversation. He realized that he liked Zhou Jiali. He liked how he never felt the need to say anything unless it was absolutely necessary. He liked Emma, and it was great that they had found a suitable match.

"We should go and mingle." Emma said. "I think Amy's going to be here.”

Zhou Jiali nodded, and the two of them left Luo Chong. Yang Jiaqi returned to Winston's arms and looked at the hen standing up.

"He's so terrible." she said, frowning at the proud face of the pug.

"He just likes the attention." Luo Chong replied.

"He'll get hurt. He's so small, someone might step on him.”Yang Jiaqi said calmly.

"Here, I'll bring him back and make sure their door is locked.”he said. "I don't think Winston can undo the lock.”

Yang Jiaqi gave it to the dog. "You'd be surprised, I've seen him do some amazing things, going into a trash can, he'll push a chair over the counter, if you're not careful.”

Winston snuggled up to Luo Chong's arm and climbed up the stairs with the puppy, unaware of the pain he had caused Yang Jiaqi. She was not worried about the little guy at all. This was sweet, but also a little unreasonable. He was not as fragile as Yang Jiaqi thought he was. Luo Chong went to her parents 'room, opened the door, and put Winston on the bed. He jumped down as soon as Luo Chong started to walk away, and there was a little struggle that made him stay so Luo Chong closed the door.

Winston Lowchong looked somber, his ears and head tilted, and the door closed with a whimper. When he returned downstairs, he found that the girl had arrived at an hour. Xiao Min was wearing a long-sleeved T-shirt and a pair of jeans. Luo Chong thought she looked thinner than the last time he saw her, and not in a healthy way. She looked a little tired, but she was happy to see Yang Jiaqi. He walked closer, just like the hug they left. Wei Ming arrived just as Luo Chong was about to welcome her through the door.

" Hey," he said, Yang Jiaqi. The robber who ignored the greeting gave a stiff nod.

This was very rude, but after Wei Ming became Xiao Min, he was lucky that Luo Chong didn't beat him. Wei Ming saw the animosity in Luo Chong's eyes and returned to reality. He left the three of them, and the rest of the party members sought friendly faces. Xiao Min and the others were at the same length, as if illuminating that she was no longer far away from Wei Ming. Yang Jiaqi had touched Xiao Min a lot. Luo Chong noticed that she had done so unknowingly. He had seen Zhou Jiali and Emma do the same thing.

Xiao Min smiled more and more, enjoying the music and the gentle breeze that flowed through the screen door and became magnified as it funneled through the narrow corridor leading to the entrance. Yang Jiaqi showed it to Luo Chong. He knew that this was a clue to his departure. He forgave himself and left the two girls to join the party alone. Yang Jiaqi invited Xiao Min upstairs, urging her to see the person Winston admired. Once they were in her parents 'room, Yang Jiaqi began to tear down her relationship with Wei Ming.

" Xiao Min." She started to feel uncertain. Yang Jiaqi changed the entire speech plan. All the movement and bad things turned to blessings and free speech. It swept past as if it had never existed. "What I want to tell you."

Xiao Min sat on the bed and playfully rolled left and right to rub Winston's stomach. Yang Jiaqi hated doing this. She hated seeing how happy she was, knowing that she was going to ruin it.

"What?" Xiao Min asked.

" I…I have something that you must see, but…" Yang Jiaqi stopped. Usually, she did not have so many troublesome words. "You just look at it, okay?" she concluded.

" Alright," Xiao Min said, still grinning. She thought that this was a strange game and that Yang Jiaqi had been beaten up in certain parts. They had done it before at her birthday party, treasure hunting games and things like that, but Yang Jiaqi seemed uneasy and paid attention to her.

Yang Jiaqi sat on the bed and pulled Luo Chong's phone out of her pocket. She went to the video application and played the same video as Luo Chong's performance earlier. Xiao Min started to frown. View of the crumbling Luo Chong's ground battle to stabilize her nerves.

" What…" She started.

"Look." Yang Jiaqi replied.

Yang Jiaqi looked at Xiao Min's face and didn't want to watch the video. Sound was not enough. Oh God, Wei Ming and the final flesh grunt, because he's done. Yang Jiaqi narrowed her eyes and looked at Xiao Min's face in disbelief. She was hurt, desperate, and incredulous. When Wei Ming said," God, you're the best, baby," she broke up with him. Although this was an abnormal breakthrough for Xiao Min. It was not heavy grief, endless tears, or the need to hold Clen.

This was the furious Xiao Min. Xiao Min and Yang Jiaqi had only seen it once. When they were in high school, her younger brother had been beaten up by a group of boys at lunch. She took a cafeteria tray and slammed the back of the former head with her fist to attack someone else. Having already humiliated Cody, the young boy quickly learned not to try to pluck him again.

"I'm sorry." Yang Jiaqi said. "I don't know what's going on, I'm telling you, I've never seen you again, I can't let him keep doing this to you.”

"I thought he loved me." Xiao Min said. Her voice sounded dangerously hollow. " I think we'll get married…"

" Xiao Min, I'm very sorry," Yang Jiaqi said. She placed her hand on Xiao Min's arm.

Xiao Min stood there as if she didn't feel Yang Jiaqi's touch and walked to the door. After Winston and Xiao Min, Yang Jiaqi hurriedly followed behind them. If she was happy, she could leave his cell.

Luo Chong stood outside the door leading to the house. If he tried to leave the backyard to find Xiao Min, he would delay him. It had been quite a long time. Wei Mingtong was talking to a group of people near him with a red plastic cup filled with beer. Luo Chong and Xiao Min appeared at the door. There was a chorus of greetings. When she arrived, she ignored it and walked straight to Wei Ming.

What happened next might have been interesting if Xiao Min hadn't been so badly hurt. Her hand came up, smashed into the bottom of Wei Ming's glass, and sent the beer to his face. The mixture of OOS and laughter jumped up as Wei Ming looked at Xiao Min in shock.

"What happened?" He sighed.

"How could you do this?" Xiao Min asked.

Silence fell upon the crowd, and everyone looked at the glasses.

"What are you talking about?" Wei Ming asked. His eyes went to Yang Jiaqi and then to Luo Chong who was standing nearby after drinking.

"Don't I have enough? I'll give you everything. What did I put in there? I didn't see my friends. I starved myself to death. You want me? Isn't that enough?”Xiao Min now had tears in her eyes, but it looked like she was resisting the urge to lunge at Wei Ming and gouge her eyes out with her fingernails.

The guest went on talking through the party's rumbling mutterings, and soon fell silent when Wei Ming cautiously spoke again.

"Xiao Min, they're lying. I didn't do anything. I told you, remember? " I'll tell you what happened…" Wei Ming didn't understand. He kept talking about how angry Xiao Min was. This wasn't how to go. She asked him to talk to her. She wanted him to promise her that everything was fine. He reminded her that she had forgotten to spoil the good things he had made for her. This was how it worked, but she wasn't playing the game anymore.
