After his accomplices were destroyed by Ultraman, the survivors who moved to Planet R hijacked Dr. Mao Li's Altori rocket and integrated with it. They sent a large number of miniature Baltans to attack Earth. In order to block Ultraman's Spexium light, they transformed into a light film that reflected light. At one point, Ultraman's light was ineffective and could form a protective barrier around the body. However, it was broken by Ultraman's vision and finally defeated by Ultraman's new trick, the eight-point light wheel.
