"The Book of Songs" said: Buddha is the heart, ah, the heart is Buddha, the heart Buddha has always been to things. If you know that there is nothing and no heart, you are really like a Dharmakaya Buddha.

A Dharmakaya Buddha had no appearance. A round light contained all things. The formless body is the true body, and the formless form is the real form.

It is not color, it is not empty, it is not empty, it does not come, it does not go, it does not go back. There is no difference, no difference, no existence, no existence

The spiritual light inside and outside is the same everywhere, and a Buddhist kingdom is in a sand. A grain of sand contained the Greater World, and the body and mind were the same.

To understand it, you must know the method of no heart, and you must not be stained or stagnated for the pure industry. There are thousands of good and evil things that do not do anything, that is, the Buddha's leaf in the south.

Liu Boqin and Tang Sanzang were in a panic when they heard someone calling for their master. "It must be the old ape in the stone box at the foot of the mountain," said the servants.”"It's him, it's him!" Taibao said. "What kind of old ape is it?" Sanzang asked. "This mountain used to be called the Five Elements Mountain," the Taibao said."It was renamed the Dual World Mountain because the Great Tang's king conquered the west and settled the country. In the past, I heard an old man say,'When Wang Mang usurped the Han Dynasty, the sky descended on this mountain. Beneath it was a divine monkey. It was not afraid of cold or heat and did not eat or drink. There was an Earth God guarding it. He taught it to eat iron pills when hungry and drink copper liquid when thirsty. From the past to the present, he has never died of cold or hunger. This must be him. Elder, don't be afraid. Let's go down the mountain and take a look.”Sanzang had no choice but to obey and lead his horse down the mountain. After walking for a few miles, he saw a monkey in the stone box. It stuck its head out and waved its hands,""Master, why are you only here now? Good, good! Save me, and I'll send you to the afterlife!”The elder came closer to take a closer look. What do you think he looks like?

Sharp mouth, shrunken cheeks, golden eyes, fiery eyes. Moss grows on his head, and wisteria grows in his ears. There was little hair on his temples and much grass, and there was no green sand under his chin. Earth between his eyebrows, mud on his nose, he looked very disheveled. His fingers were thick, his palms were thick, and there was a lot of dust. She was so happy that her eyes moved and her voice was harmonious. Although the language is convenient, the body cannot do it. It was the Great Sage Sun from 500 years ago.

This Taibao was indeed bold. He walked forward and plucked the grass at his temples. He nodded and asked,"What do you have to say?" "I have nothing to say," said the monkey."Bring that master up. I'll ask him."”"What are you asking me?" Sanzang asked. "Did the King of the East send you to the Western Paradise to fetch scriptures?" the monkey asked.”"I am," Sanzang replied."What do you mean?"”"I'm the Great Sage Equal to Heaven who wreaked havoc in the Heavenly Palace five hundred years ago," the monkey said."I was suppressed here by Buddha because I committed the crime of deceiving the Emperor." There was a Guanyin Bodhisattva in the past who received the Buddha's will and went to the East to find a Buddhist monk. I taught him to save me. He advised me not to commit any more crimes, to return to Buddhism, to protect the people who took the scriptures diligently, and to go to the West to worship Buddha. After success, there would be benefits. Therefore, day and night, I worry about it, day and night, waiting for Master to save me. I'm willing to help you learn the scriptures and be your disciple.”Hearing this, Sanzang said happily,"Although you have such a kind heart and are willing to become a monk because of the Bodhisattva's teachings, I don't have an axe or chisel. How can I save you?"”"There's no need for that," said the monkey."If you're willing to save me, I'll come out myself.”"I saved you," Sanzang said."How did you get out?”"There's a golden letter from Buddha Rulai on the top of the mountain," the monkey said. You only need to go up the mountain to lift the invitation, and I will come out.”Sanzang did as he was told and turned around to ask Liu Boqin,"Taibao, I'll go up the mountain with you.”"I don't know if it's true or false," said Boqin.”"It's true!" the monkey shouted. I won't dare to lie!" Boqin could only call for his servant to lead the horse. He supported Sanzang and climbed up the mountain again. He climbed the vines and vines until he reached the top. As expected, he saw ten thousand golden lights and a thousand streams of auspicious qi. There was a square stone with a cover on it. It was the words "Om Mani Pa" in gold.

Sanzang knelt down and looked at the golden characters on the stone. He bowed several times and prayed to the west,"Disciple Chen Xuanzang has been specially ordered to seek scriptures. As expected, he has the distinction of being a disciple. He uncovered the golden words, rescued the divine monkey, and achieved the spiritual mountain together. If there were no disciples, this person would be a vicious monster. If he didn't succeed in coaxing disciples, he wouldn't be able to rise up.”After the blessing, he bowed again. After bowing, he stepped forward and gently removed the six golden words. He only smelled a fragrant wind, and with a flick of his hand, he blew the invitation into the air and shouted,"I am the Great Saint in custody. Today, he is full of difficulties. When we see Tathagata again, we will hand over this cover.”Frightened, Sanzang, Boqin and the others looked up at the sky and bowed. He went straight down the mountain and came to the stone box. He said to the monkey,""I've removed the invitation.”

The monkey was delighted and shouted,"Master, please go away so I can come out. Don't startle you."”When Boqin heard this, he led Sanzang back to the east and left. After walking for five to seven miles, he heard the monkey shout,"Let's go again, let's go again!" Sanzang walked for a long distance and descended the mountain. He heard a loud noise, and it was really a landslide. Everyone was terrified. The monkey had already arrived in front of Sanzang's horse, knelt down naked, and said,"Master, I'm coming out!" After bowing four times to Sanzang, he hurriedly got up and sang a big 'O'to Boqin."Thank you, big brother, for sending my master off and helping me pull the weeds on my face.”After thanking him, he went to pack his luggage and saddle his horse. When the horse saw him, its waist went weak and its hooves were short. It trembled and could not stand still. Because the monkey was originally a horse, he watched the dragon horse in the sky and had some rules, so the ordinary horse was afraid to see him.

Sanzang saw that he really had good intentions and was like a monk. He called out, Disciple, what's your surname?" "My surname is Sun," the Monkey King replied. "I'll give you a Dharma name," said Sanzang,"so that you can be called by it.”"There's no need for Master to be so generous," the Monkey King said."I originally had a Buddhist name, Sun Wukong.”"It suits our sect," said Sanzang happily. You look just like that little monk. I'll give you a mixed name and call you Walker, okay?”"Good, good, good!" Wukong said. From then on, he was also known as Sun Xingzhe. When Boqin saw that Sun the Novice was bent on packing up, he turned around and bowed to Sanzang."Elder, you are lucky to have a good disciple here. I am very happy. I will report back." Sanzang bowed and thanked him."Thank you for dragging me along," he said. When I go back to the mansion, I will pay my respects to your mother's old lady and Mrs. Jing. I have disturbed you a lot in the mansion. Please thank me when I go back.”Boqin returned the greeting and said goodbye.

Sun the Novice asked Sanzang to get on his horse, while Sun the Novice led the way, carrying his luggage and walking barefoot. Not long after, they passed the Dual World Mountain. Suddenly, they saw a fierce tiger roaring and cutting its tail as it approached. Sanzang, who was riding on his horse, was alarmed. "Don't be afraid of him, Master," said Monkey joyfully from the roadside."He's here to give me clothes.”He put down his luggage and pulled out a needle from his ear. Facing the wind, he shook it. It turned out to be an iron rod as thick as a bowl. He held it in his hand and smiled." I haven't used this treasure for more than five hundred years. Today, I'll take it out to get some clothes to wear."”Look, he took a step forward and faced the tiger. He said,"Ye Xu, where are you going!" The tiger crouched in the dust, not daring to move. However, Chen Xuanzang's head was hit by him, and his brain was beaten to a pulp. A few beads of jade flew out of his teeth, scaring Chen Xuanzang off his saddle. He bit his finger and said,"Oh my god, oh my god! Liu Taibao had fought the multicolored tiger for half a day. Today, Sun Wukong didn't need to fight and beat this tiger into a pulp. It was indeed the strongest among the strongest!”

"Master," said Monkey, dragging the tiger over,"please sit down for a while. I'll take off his clothes and put them on before we go."”"What clothes does he have?" Sanzang asked.”"Don't worry about me, Master," said Monkey."I'll deal with it myself.”The good monkey king plucked off a strand of hair and blew on it, shouting,""Change!" He turned into a sharp knife and cut open the skin from the tiger's belly. He peeled it down and peeled off a whole piece of skin. He cut off the claws and cut off the head. He cut off a square piece of tiger skin and lifted it up. He measured it and said,"It's a little broad. One painting can be made into two.”He took the knife and cut it into two pieces. He put away one and wrapped the other around his waist. He grabbed a vine by the side of the road and tied it tightly to cover his lower body."Master, let's go, let's go! It wouldn't be too late to borrow some needlework when he arrived.”He twirled the iron cudgel, which still looked like a needle, and put it in his ear. Carrying his luggage, he asked his master to get on the horse.

As the two of them advanced, the elder asked on his horse,"Wukong, you are the cudgel used to kill tigers.”"You don't know, Master," said Monkey with a smile. This staff of mine was originally obtained from the Dragon Palace in the East Ocean. It is called the Heavenly River Suppressing Divine Treasure Iron, and also known as the Ruyi Golden Cudgel. Back then, the rebellion against the Heavenly Palace was a huge loss to him. He could change his body as much as he wanted. Just now, he had turned into an embroidery needle and kept it in his ear. You can only take it out when you need it." Sanzang was secretly delighted. "Why didn't the tiger move when it saw you?" he asked again."Why did you let Zizai hit him?"”"I won't hide it from you, Master. Even if you're a tiger or a dragon, you wouldn't dare to be rude to me," said Wu Kong. I, Old Sun, have the means to subdue dragons and tigers. I have the divine power to overturn the river and stir the sea. I can tell by appearance and sound. I can measure the universe if it's big, and I can control it by a hair if it's small! There is no end to the changes, hidden and revealed unpredictable. What was so rare about peeling off this tiger skin? To see the difficult part, to see how capable he was!”Hearing this, Sanzang became even more relaxed and rode forward. As the master and disciple walked and talked, they didn't feel like the sun was setting. He saw-

The flames shone back, and the ends of the earth returned to the clouds. Thousands of mountains of birds and sparrows make a sound, looking for a place to stay in the forest to form a battle array.

The wild beasts faced each other and returned to their nest. A crescent moon broke through the darkness, and ten thousand stars shone.

"Master," said Monkey,"walk a bit. It's getting late. The trees in that wall are dense. It must be someone else's manor. We rushed to stay early.”Sanzang rode his horse straight to the manor and dismounted in front of it. Walker threw away his luggage and walked forward, shouting,"Open the door!" There was an old man inside who came out on a horse. He opened the door and saw Monkey's ugly face. He had a tiger skin tied around his waist, making him look like a thunder god. He was so scared that his feet went soft and his body went numb. He said deliriously,"The ghost is here, the ghost is here!" "Don't be afraid, old benefactor," Sanzang called out as he came forward to support him. He is my disciple, not a ghost.”The old man raised his head and saw Sanzang's strange face. Fang Ran stood still and asked,"Are you a monk from that temple?”"I am from the Tang Dynasty," Sanzang replied."I was on my way to the Western Paradise to pray to Buddha and ask for scriptures, and happened to pass by here. It's late, so I came to the Tan Mansion to stay the night. I just need to stay out of the morning light." I hope it will be convenient." "You may be a Tang, but that evil one isn't," the old man said.”"You old man, you're so blind!" Wukong shouted. The Tang are my master, and I am his disciple! I'm not a sweet person, I'm the Great Sage, Heaven's Equal. There are people here who recognize me, and I've seen you here before.”"Where will you meet me?" the old man asked.”"When you were young, did you not gather firewood in front of me?" You didn't pick vegetables on my face?" "Nonsense!" the old man said. Where do you live? Where am I staying? I'm here to pick firewood and vegetables in front of you!" "My son is talking nonsense," said Wukong. You don't recognize me anymore. I'm the Great Sage in the stone box of Dual World Mountain. Look at it again." "You do look like him, but how did you get it?" the old man asked.”Wukong told the old man in detail about the Bodhisattva's advice to do good and his request for me to wait for Tang Sanzang's release. The old man bowed and invited Tang Sanzang inside. He called his wife and children to meet him and told them what had happened. Everyone was happy. After the tea was served, he asked Wukong,"Great Sage, are you old?”"How old are you this year?" Wukong asked.”"I'm a hundred and thirty years older," the old man said.”"He's my great-grandson," said Monkey. I don't remember when I was born, but I've been at the foot of this mountain for more than five hundred years.”"Yes, yes," the old man replied. I remember grandfather saying that this mountain fell from the sky and crushed a divine monkey. Only now did you leave your body. When I saw you when I was young, it was because you had grass on your head and mud on your face. Now, there was no mud on his face, no grass on his head, but he seemed to have lost some weight, and there was a big tiger skin on his waist. How different could he be from a ghost?”

When the whole family heard this, they all laughed. The old man was very wise and ordered him to arrange vegetarian meals. "What's your family name?" Wukong asked after dinner.”"My surname is Chen," the old man replied. Hearing this, Sanzang came down and raised his hand."Old benefactor, I am Hua Zong.”"Master," said Monkey,"your surname is Tang. How can you be Huazong with him?"”"My surname is Chen," Sanzang replied."I was born in Juxian Village, Hongnong County, Haizhou, in the Tang Dynasty. My Dharma name is Chen Xuanzang. It's because Emperor Taizong of the Great Tang Dynasty gave me the title of Sanzang, the emperor's younger brother. I refer to Tang as my surname, so I'm called Sanzang.”The old man was very happy to hear that they had the same surname. "Old Chen," said Monkey,"I've disturbed your house. I haven't bathed for more than five hundred years. You can go boil some soup and bathe with my master and disciples.”The old man ordered the soup to be boiled and the lamp to be lit in his hand. After the master and disciple finished bathing, they sat down in front of the lamp."Old Chen, there's one more thing I need to trouble you with.”"Yes, yes, yes," said the old man.”Then he told his mother to bring him a needle and thread and handed them to the monk. Seeing his master bathing, he took off a piece of white cloth, which was short and straight. He immediately pulled it over his body, took off the tiger skin, tied it together, and made a horse-face-like fold around his waist. Then he tied a rattan rope and walked to his master."How is Old Sun dressed today compared to yesterday?”"Good, good, good," said Sanzang. This is how you act like a walker." "Disciple," said Sanzang,"if you don't mind it being worn out, you can wear that straight jacket."”"Thank you, thank you," Wukong sang.”He went to find some fodder to feed the horse. Now that they had finished their work, the master, the disciple and the old man went back to bed.

The next morning, Wukong got up and asked his master to walk. Sanzang put on his clothes and told the monk to pack his luggage. Just as he was about to take his leave, he saw that the old man had already prepared soup and vegetarian food. After the meal, he got up. Sanzang mounted his horse, and the passers-by led the way. He felt hungry and thirsty. He spent the night and set out in the morning. It was early winter again. But seeing that--

Frost withered red leaves, thousands of trees thin, a few pine and cypress trees on the ridge beautiful. The unopened plum blossoms are fragrant and quiet, warm and short days, small spring is waiting, chrysanthemum residual lotus leaves are all luxuriant. The old trees on the cold bridge fought for branches, and the spring water trickled down the winding stream. Light clouds like snow floating all over the sky, the north wind suddenly, pull sleeve, evening cold power how to bear?

The master and disciples had been walking for a long time when they suddenly heard a whistle from the roadside. Six people rushed out, each holding a long spear, a short sword, a sharp blade, and a strong bow. They shouted,"That monk, where are you going? Leave the horses as soon as possible, put down your luggage, and I'll spare your life!”Frightened, Sanzang was scared out of his wits and fell off his horse, unable to speak. "Don't worry, Master," said Monkey, helping himself up,"it's nothing. These are just clothes and money for us."”"Wukong," said Sanzang,"do you want to shut your ears? He told us to keep our horses and luggage, but you asked him what clothes and money he wanted?”"Keep your clothes, luggage, and horses," said Monkey."I'll fight with him and see what happens.”"A good hand is no match for two fists," Sanzang replied,"and two fists are no match for four hands. He has six big men, how can a small person like you dare to fight with him?”

Walker was very brave and he didn't dare to say anything. He walked up to the six men and bowed with his hands crossed in front of his chest."Why are you blocking my path?”"We are the king who cuts the path," the man said,"and we are the kind Mountain Chieftains. The name has been long spread, but you don't know it. I left something long ago to let you go. If you say no, I'll tear your body into pieces!”"I'm also a king passed down from generation to generation," said Monkey."I've been a Mountain Chieftain for many years, but I've never heard of any great names like yours.”"You don't know, but I'll tell you." One is called joy in the eyes, one is called anger in the ears, one is called love in the nose, one is called taste in the tongue, one is called desire in the mind, and one is called worry in the body.”"So it's six thieves!" Wukong laughed. Yet you don't recognize that I, a monk, am your main character, and yet you're blocking the way. Take out the stolen treasure, I'll split it with you seven-tenths, and I'll spare you!”When the thieves heard this, some were happy, some were angry, some were loving, some were thinking, some were desiring, and some were worried. They all went forward and shouted,"This monk is rude! You don't have anything at all, but you want to split things with us!”He brandished his spear and sword, and as soon as he came forward, he hacked at the head of the walker, ping peng peng, chopping seventy or eighty times. Wukong stopped in the middle and pretended not to know. "Good monk," said the thief. My head is really hard!" "I'll just make do with it," said Monkey with a smile. Your hands are tired from fighting, but it's time for me to take out a needle to play with.”"This monk is a doctor who practices acupuncture," the thief said. We don't have any illness, so why are we talking about needles?”Monkey reached into his ear and pulled out an embroidery needle. He waved it in the wind, and it turned out to be a metal cudgel as thick as a bowl. He held it in his hand and said,"Don't go! Let Old Sun try his hand at it!”The six thieves fled in all directions, but he pulled them away and caught up with them, killing them one by one. She stripped him of his clothes and took his money. She walked over with a smile and said,"Master, please go. That thief has been exterminated by Old Sun.”

"You're in deep trouble," Sanzang said. Although he was a tough criminal, even if he got a lawsuit, he shouldn't be sentenced to death. Even if you have the means, you can only force them to retreat. Why did you kill them all? How could he be a monk when he had taken someone's life for no reason? Monks sweep the floor for fear of hurting ants, cherish moths and gauze lamps. Why did you kill him without distinguishing between right and wrong? He had no compassion or kindness at all! If I go to the city, if someone offends you for a moment, you will also commit violence, holding a stick, randomly injuring people, I can be a white guest, how can I escape?”"Master," said Wu Kong,"if I don't kill him, he will kill you."”"As a monk, I would rather die than commit murder," said Sanzang. Even if I die, it's just my body, but you killed six of them. How can you say that? If this matter is reported to the government, even if your father is an official, it won't make sense.”"To tell you the truth, Master," said Monkey,"five hundred years ago, when I was the king of Flowerfruit Mountain, I killed countless people. If it's like what you said, when you get to the official position, you have to report it.”"It's only because you didn't take care of it," Sanzang replied,"that you were able to bully the world and deceive the heavens that you suffered this disaster five hundred years ago. Now that he has become a monk, if he does the same thing as he did at that time, he will only hurt his life. He will not be able to go to the Western Heaven and become a monk. Too evil, too evil!"

It turned out that this monkey could not bear human emotions all his life. Seeing that Sanzang was only nagging, he could not suppress the anger in his heart and said,"Since you said that I can't be a monk and can't go to the western paradise, there's no need to hate me so much. I'll just go back!”Sanzang didn't agree. He showed his temper and said,"Old Sun is going!" Sanzang hurriedly looked up, but he had already disappeared. With a whoosh, he turned back to the east. Seeing that the elder was alone, he nodded and sighed. He was filled with grief and resentment as he said,"This fellow is so uneducated! I only said a few words to him, but why did he go back without a trace? Stop, stop, stop! It's also because I shouldn't have taken in disciples in my life! Now, there was no place to find him. He didn't respond to her calls. Come, come!”It is to give up my life to go west, do not rely on others to make my own.

The elder had no choice but to pack his luggage and carry it on his horse. He didn't ride a horse, but instead held his staff in one hand and the reins in the other as he advanced towards the west. Before long, they saw an old woman in front of the mountain road holding a cotton dress with a flower hat on it. Sanzang saw him approaching and hurriedly led his horse to the right side to let him pass. "Where did you come from, Elder?" the old woman asked."Why are you here alone?"”"I am from the Tang Empire of the East," Sanzang replied."I have received an imperial edict to go to the Western Heaven to worship the Living Buddha and seek the true scriptures.”"The Buddha in the West is the Great Thunderclap Monastery's Indian border. It's a hundred and eight thousand li from here." You're a lone horse without a partner or a disciple. How can you go?”"I took in a disciple a few days ago," Sanzang replied."He was fierce and stubborn. I told him a few things, but he didn't listen and just left.”"I have this cotton cloth collar and a hat inlaid with golden flowers," the old woman said."They were originally for my son. He had only been a monk for three days, and unfortunately, his life was short. I went to his temple and cried. I resigned from his master and took these two clothes as a memento. Elder, since you have a disciple, I'll give you this coat and hat.”"Thank you, Mother," Sanzang replied,"but my disciple has left and I dare not accept it.”"Where did he go?" the old mother asked. "I heard a whoosh," Sanzang replied."He went back east."”"My house isn't far to the east," the old mother said."He must have gone to my house." I also have a mantra called the Heart Calming Mantra, also known as the Binding Mantra. You can secretly memorize it and remember it in your heart. Don't let anyone know. I went to catch up with him and told him to come back to you, but you put this coat and hat on him. If he refuses to obey your orders, you can recite this curse silently. He won't dare to commit any more crimes, nor will he dare to go.”Hearing this, Sanzang bowed his head and thanked him.

The old mother turned into a golden light and returned to the east. Sanzang knew that it was Guanyin Bodhisattva who had taught him this mantra. He hurriedly burned incense and looked to the east to worship earnestly. After bowing, he put away his clothes and hid them in the middle of his bag. He sat by the roadside and chanted the Heart Calming Mantra. He read it back and forth a few times and memorized it thoroughly.

As for Wukong, he had left his master and turned to the East Ocean with a somersault. He pressed down on the cloud, parted the water channel, and went straight to the Crystal Palace. The Dragon King had already been alerted to come out to welcome them, and they sat down in the palace. When the ceremony was over, the Dragon King said,"I heard recently that the Great Sage is hard to please. Presumably, it was to reorganize the immortal mountain and return to the ancient cave.”"I have the same temperament," said Wukong."It's just that I've become a monk again."”"What monk?" the Dragon King asked. "Thanks to the Bodhisattva of the South Sea who advised me to do good and taught me the right way," said Monkey,"I followed the Tang Priest of the East to the West to worship the Buddha and become a monk. I'm called Monkey again.”"This is truly a cause for celebration," the Dragon King said. This was called turning over a new leaf and punishing kindness. In that case, why don't you go west and turn east?”"That's because Tang Sanzang doesn't understand human nature," said Monkey with a smile. There were a few thieves who cut the path and I killed them. Tang Sanzang was ready to nag and say a lot of bad things about me. Do you think Old Sun can bear it? I abandoned him and wanted to return to the mountain. So I came to see you first and asked you for tea.”"I accept your surrender," the Dragon King said. At that time, the dragon's son and grandson came to offer fragrant tea.

When the tea was over, he looked back and saw a painting of "Crossing the Bridge and Entering the Shoes" hanging on the back wall. "What kind of scenery is this?" asked Monkey.”"The Great Sage came first," the Dragon King said,"and this matter came later, so you don't recognize him. This is called the Bridge Three Shoes." "Why are you wearing three shoes?" asked Monkey.”"This immortal is Lord Huang Shi, and this son is Zhang Liang of the Han Dynasty," the Dragon King replied. Shi Gong was sitting on the bridge when he suddenly lost his shoes under the bridge. He called Zhang Liang to fetch them. The man quickly took it and knelt down to offer it. Like this three times, Zhang Liang did not have a trace of arrogance and neglect, Shi Gong then loved him diligent and cautious, night taught him the heavenly book, let him help the Han Dynasty. Later, as expected, in the midst of strategizing, victory was won thousands of miles away. After peace, he abandoned his post and returned to the mountains. He traveled with Red Pine and realized that he had become an immortal. Great Sage, if you don't protect Tang Sanzang, don't work hard, and don't receive teachings, you'll be a demon immortal after all. Don't even think about achieving the right result.”Wukong heard this and remained silent for a long time. "The Great Sage will punish himself," the Dragon King said."You can't seek freedom and ruin your future."”"Don't talk too much," said Wukong."I'll go and protect him."”"In that case," the Dragon King said delightedly,"I dare not stay for long. Please show mercy to your master as soon as possible, Great Sage. Don't alienate him for too long."”Seeing that the Dragon King was urging him to leave, Monkey hurriedly got up and left the sea. He rode on a cloud and said goodbye to the Dragon King.

As he was walking, he met the Bodhisattva of the South Sea. "Sun Wukong," the Bodhisattva said,"why didn't you receive my teachings and protect Tang Sanzang? What have you come here for?”In a panic, Walker bowed from the clouds and said,""Bodhisattva Xiang Meng, you spoke kindly. Indeed, a monk from the Tang Dynasty came, removed the invitation, saved my life, and became his disciple. He blamed me for being vicious and stubborn, so I dodged him. Now I'm going to protect him.”"Go as soon as possible," said the Bodhisattva."Don't miss the opportunity."”Then they turned around.

In a moment the traveler saw the Tang Priest sitting moodily by the roadside. He stepped forward and said,"Master! Why aren't you walking? What are you still doing here?" "Where are you going?" Sanzang raised his head. Teach me to walk but dare not walk, move but dare not move, just wait for you here.”"I'm going to the Dragon King's house in the East Ocean to ask for some tea," said Monkey.”"Disciples," said Sanzang,"monks shouldn't lie. You left me for less than two hours, and now you're talking about tea at the Dragon King's house?”"To tell you the truth, Master," said Monkey with a smile,"I know how to ride a somersault cloud. One somersault is a hundred and eight thousand li, so I can go and come as soon as I can.”"I was a little harsh with my words," Sanzang said."You blamed me and threw me away in a fit of anger. For those who have the ability like you, you can ask for tea to eat; For someone like me who can't go, you won't feel good if you just endure hunger here!”"If you're hungry, Master," said Monkey,"I'll go and cook some vegetarian food for you.”"There is no need to do that," Sanzang replied. I still have some dry food in my bag. It was given to me by Liu Taibao's mother. Go and get some water from the alms bowl. I'll eat some and go.”

Monkey went to unwrap the bundle and found a few coarse sesame seed cakes in the middle of it. He took them out and handed them to his master. Then he saw a bright and gorgeous cotton collar and a hat inlaid with golden flowers."Did you bring this coat and hat from the East?" "I wore it when I was a child," Sanzang replied. If he wore this hat, he wouldn't need to teach the scriptures, he would be able to recite them. If one wore this dress, they would bow without any ceremony.”"Good master," said Monkey,"put it on for me."”"I'm afraid they'll be of different lengths," Sanzang said."If you can wear them, then wear them.”So he took off the old white cloth, put on the cotton cloth, and as if he were measuring his body, put on the hat. Sanzang saw him put on his hat and stopped eating his rations, but silently recited the Golden Hoop Incantation. "Headache, headache!" shouted Monkey.”The master kept repeating it a few more times, causing a walker to roll around in pain and scratch his gold-inlaid flower hat. Sanzang was afraid that he would break the golden hoop, so he stopped talking. When he didn't, he didn't feel pain anymore. He reached out and touched his head. It looked like a golden thread that was tightly tied to it. He couldn't take it off or pull it off. It had already taken root. He took out a needle from his ear, inserted it into the hoop, and began to scratch it out. Sanzang was afraid that he would break it, so he began to recite again. He was still in pain. He was in so much pain that he flipped over, his ears were red, his face was red, his eyes were swollen, and his body was numb. When the master saw him like this, he couldn't bear to part with him and stopped talking. His head didn't hurt anymore. "My head was cursed by the master," said Monkey.”"I was reciting the Tight-Hoop Sutra," Sanzang replied."When did I curse you?”"Read it again," said Monkey. Sanzang really read it again, and Monkey really felt pain. He only said,"Don't read, don't read! It hurts when you read it! What do you mean?" "Have you listened to my teachings this time?" Sanzang asked.”"Yes," said Monkey. "How rude can you be?" "I wouldn't dare," said Monkey.

Although he promised verbally, he still harbored ill intentions in his heart. He shook the needle, which was as thick as a bowl, and was about to attack Tang Sanzang when he saw it. The elder was so flustered that he chanted two or three times. The monkey fell to the ground and threw away the iron rod. He could not raise his hand. He only taught,"Master! I know! Don't read anymore, don't read anymore!" "How dare you hit me?" Sanzang asked.”"I didn't dare to hit you," said Monkey."I asked you, Master, who taught you this magic?”"I was taught by an old woman," Sanzang replied.”"There's no need to talk about it," said Monkey angrily. This old mother was definitely Guan Yin! How could he harm me like that! Wait for me to go to the South China Sea and beat him up!" "Since he taught me this technique," Sanzang said,"he must have known it first. If you look for him and he reads it, wouldn't you be dead?”Seeing that what he said made sense, Monkey really didn't dare to move. He could only change his mind, kneel down and beg,""Master! This is his way of dealing with me. He taught me to follow you to the west. I won't provoke him. Don't take it as a common saying. Just recite it. I'm willing to protect you, I have no intention of backing down.”"In that case," said Sanzang,"I'll mount my horse.”Only then did the traveler become determined, roused his spirits, tied up a bundle of cotton cloth, buckled the horse's back, packed his luggage, and galloped west. After all, if there was anything else to say after this trip, listen to the next chapter.
