After some consideration, he had to register a company.

It was difficult to simply dispose of the produced valuables. If they appeared in large quantities on the market, it would inevitably lead to a competition for the interests of various related forces. Without the endorsement of the national government, they would be classified as black goods, which would cause endless trouble. And trouble was what Guangling Yun was trying to avoid at the moment, because trouble would involve the existence of Peach Blossom Land.

Setting up a company was quite troublesome. Not counting the rent, water, electricity, labor, and other matters after the operation, there were more than a dozen registration procedures. Enterprise name verification, submission of materials, obtaining a license, engraving of seals, bank account verification, tax reporting, application for tax control and ticketing, social security account opening…

To fill in a pile of forms and materials, he needed all kinds of documents and books. It was impossible for a stranger to do it. Guangling Cloud directly found a professional who registered the company and took out an agency fee. The professional, who was familiar with the business, did not take long to settle it! Worry-free!

Just like that, a company called " Taoyuan Materials Technology " was born. It involved the production and processing of biological and pharmaceutical products, new chemical materials, plastic and metal products, energy and environmental protection, civil nuclear energy technology, commercial trade, software development, computer animation design, film and entertainment...

Guangling Cloud positioned the company's business as a simple mode of offline production and online promotion and sales. It did not participate in the intermediate links and directly reached product delivery with customers. It focused on the large order mode to save personal time.

He believed that once the products with high quality and affordable prices were launched, he would not have to worry about not being able to sell them. When the time came, he would just have to count his money happily.?

The company didn't plan to hire people for the time being. It was enough to have a part-time accountant who did accounting and tax returns. The rest would be handled by Guangling Yun alone. There was basically no need to consider the cost. Was this kind of business easy to do? If he couldn't do it, Guang Linyun would just find a piece of tofu and kill himself!

Under the strong economic pressure of modern society, most people were eager for quick success and instant benefits. How many people could they rely on? People who came and went, which one was useful? There were fewer and fewer loyal and honest people! How could Guang Lingyun, who carried a huge secret, not think of this? If he forgot this, he would definitely be a fool. He wouldn't even know that he died that day!

Talents were very good, and Peach Blossom Land was also in great need. However, it was not yet time to explore and use them. If the development of Peach Blossom Land was slow, then so be it. It was better than capsizing in the gutter. Guang Lingyun was very clear about this.

Actually, it would be very soon. Nanomachines and biological computers, wouldn't they be famous black technology? If it was announced at this moment, do you believe that there would be a lot of people in the world who would break their heads and cause a storm to break Guangling Yun's head?

After completing the company registration, Guangling Cloud also created an online business portal that displayed and sold goods. They could sell the things they wanted to sell at a price. At present, Taoyuan Technology Company had not produced anything yet. Guangling Cloud had only posted a few pictures. It was basically a whiteboard website.

The registration of the company and the construction of the website took more than a month, which consumed a lot of Guangling Yun's energy. After settling these matters, Guang Linyun gave himself a holiday and rested well in Peach Blossom Land for a few days.

In the past month, with sufficient raw materials, the nanomachines in the Taoyuan laboratory had multiplied considerably. There were at least 300 million of them. The growth rate was very fast!

The nanomachines could be used. Guangling Cloud planned to start with the production of high-purity silicon and crystalline chips. The raw material sand was everywhere, and it was easy to obtain materials. Due to the high difficulty of manufacturing technology and the huge added value of science and technology, the price of a 12-inch crystalline chip could reach 4000 to 5000 USD. In traditional technology manufacturing, it was extremely difficult to manufacture a crystal!

Wafers were the raw materials for making chips, and they were upstream of chips. Chip and chip manufacturing were both " aerospace " cutting-edge technologies, and the difficulty level was the highest. Wafer-making was a technology that was even more difficult than making chips. If the chip was compared to a spaceship, then the chip was like an aircraft carrier. Not many companies could make it.

There were less than 100 companies in the world that could produce high-purity electronic grade silicon, and the main 15 silicon fabs monopolized more than 95% of the market. In the field of chip manufacturing, there was no such thing as " a hundred flowers blooming." There was only the " narcissism " of the giants.

There were three major steps in the manufacture of a silicon chip: Refining and purifying of silicon, growth of single crystal Si, and formation of a crystal.

The purification of silicon was the first process. The sand and stone raw materials were placed in an electric arc furnace with a carbon source at a temperature of more than 2,000 degrees Celsius. The reduction reaction occurred at high temperatures to obtain smelting-grade silicon. Then, the pulverized smelting-grade silicon reacted with gaseous hydrogen dioxide to form liquid Silane. After that, high-purity Poly Si was obtained through a chemical reduction process.

Monocrystal crystal growth was commonly done by the Czochron pull method. High-purity silicon was placed in a Quartz crucible, and it was continuously heated by a surrounding graphene heater. The temperature was maintained at about 1,000 degrees Celsius. The air in the furnace was usually an inertia gas, which melted the silicon without causing unwanted chemical reactions. In order to form the monocrystal, the direction of the crystal needed to be controlled. The crucible was rotating with the molten silicon, and a seed crystal was immersed in it. The rod was rotating the seed crystal in the opposite direction, and at the same time, it was slowly and vertically pulled out of the molten silicon.

The molten silicon would stick to the bottom of the seed crystal and grow in the direction of the crystal lattice. After growing it using the Czochron method, the single crystal rod would be cut to the appropriate size, then ground, and then polished with a chemical mechanical polishing process to make at least one side as smooth as a mirror. At this time, the production of the crystal would be completed. Wafers would melt the crystalline Si, then plant seed crystals in the molten liquid, and then slowly pull them out to form cylindrical crystalline Si rods. The crystalline Si rods were gradually formed from a seed crystal with a crystal plane orientation in the molten Si raw material.

After completing the above two processes, the silicon crystal rod was cut into sections, rolled, sliced, chamfered, polished, laser engraved, and packaged. It became the basic raw material of the integrated circuit factory--the " crystalline ".

What was so difficult about making a chip?

The manufacturing process of the chip was not very complicated, but the difficulty was that the purity of the chip was very high. The purity needed to reach 99.**% Or above. Taking the silicon chip as an example, the silicon was extracted from the silica sand. At high temperatures, the chemical reaction between the carbon and the silica inside could only produce pure silicon with a purity of about 98%. This was not pure enough for microelectronics because the electrical properties of the semiconductor material were very sensitive to the concentration of impurities, so further purification was needed.

Foreign companies such as Xinyue Silicon, Shenggao, Global Silicon, World Creation, and BG supplied almost 80% of the world's semiconductor companies, and they had been in short supply for a long time. Take Taiwan's Global Wafers, the world's third-largest fabs, as an example. Its orders for the fabs would not be fully digested until 2020.

Guangling Cloud, who had nanobot technology, was confident in producing high-purity silicon and manufacturing crystalline chips! Traditional technology might seem difficult, but don't forget that nanomachine technology was a subversive productivity! In the microscopic world, Taoyuan Technology Laboratory was definitely ahead of the world by N years!
